We attended the Phuket International Hospital early on the morning of 1 May 2008 and he was admitted to the ward on level 5 of the hospital.
Whilst we were a little apprehensive about attending a hospital so far away from our home; once we arrived our fears were put to rest and we have nothing but praise for your staff and more generally, the hospital organisation.
The Doctor and staff in the Emergency Clinic,.., the staff on level 5, .. were at all times very professional, understanding and compassionate towards , and our needs. At any time, day or night, our questions were answered and the treatment provided was undertaken in a very skilled manner.
Whilst it was still very stressful, seeing our one year old in hospital, the service that we were provided made the stay a little easier.
The staff with whom we had interaction during stay are a credit to your organisation.
. has recovered well and is now racing around again. I apologise for not knowing the names of all the staff who assisted us, but could you please pass on our sincere and special thanks to those I mentioned previously. |
